Emergencies If you are having a medical emergency we suggest that you either call 911 or proceed quickly to Norton Suburban Hospital. Canceling Appointments We request that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a nominal fee for missed appointments. Refills It is the policy of this practice not to refill medications or prescribe narcotics after office hours. In an effort to ensure patients’ safety, we established this policy because we do not have ready access to medical records when we are not in the office. This service is for questions or concerns of an urgent nature. If you are having a medical emergency call 911. If you think you are in labor or need to be seen please go to Norton Suburban Hospital. Privacy/Call Blocking Phone Features We also request that you turn off any privacy blocker or call blocking system.
